Refund Policy

Compass is operated by Funky Monkey Barry Ltd (trading as "Compass"). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No explanation is required.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and refunds are issued by us through Stripe. To request a refund, contact us through the contact form or reply to your payment receipt email with your order details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with one month's notice from your Accounts & Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the billing period you have paid for. Cancellation on its own does not create a refund outside the 30-day window above.

Separately from this refund policy, on 12-month subscriptions we guarantee that if you receive less grant funding than the fees you have paid in that year, we will refund the difference in cash. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
